It all started with a word-geek turned techno-geek who was sitting behind her desk trying to book a domain name for her client (albeit ex-boyfriend). Because she’s got itchy fingers syndrome, she decided to do a little search on www.godaddy.com to see if a domain name, www.contentmagician.com was available. She thought it sounded kind of funky, you see.
And whatdyaknow! Noone’s thought of it yet (or thought it was worth their time and money) so, she grabbed it and sat around wondering what to do with a website like that. www.contentmagician.com is kinda like….what, up David Copperfield’s alley. But hang on a minute. It’s sort of really….kinda….cool!
So, with that decided, this word-geek started installing all those stuff the website and decided (once again, all by herself) to use it to help other people with content writing needs and people who want to learn how to write their own content for their own blogs or websites. She wanted to use it to tell people that in order to promote one’s website in search engines, they have to have the right content written by either themselves or other qualified content writers in it.
The idea struck with a couple of other freelance content writers and….here we are.
At this moment, we’re still ironing out the details and trying to agree on who writes what and whose content should we publish where but as soon as we stop trying to pummel each other over the head with our pens and pencils, we’ll surely find peace again and start updating this website, www.contentmagician.com, regularly.
Come to think of it….the name’s kinda funky, don’t you think?
